Wealden District Council is a member of Ordnance Survey’s (OS) Public Sector Geospatial Agreement (PSGA), which enables the Council to use OS data on its online mapping. Use of this data is, however, subject to the following terms and conditions:
- You are granted a non-exclusive, royalty free, revocable licence solely to view the licensed data for non-commercial purposes for the period during which Wealden District Council makes it available.
- You are not permitted to copy, sub-license, distribute, sell or otherwise make available the licensed data to third parties in any form. Third party rights to enforce the terms of this licence shall be reserved to OS.

Whilst the Wealden District Council takes great care to ensure that the information provided on the online web map is accurate, the Council gives no warranty or representation, expressed or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness or appropriateness of the information on its online mapping.
By using the Council’s online mapping you are assuming full responsibility for using this information and agreeing that neither Wealden District Council nor any of its employees or agents is responsible or liable for any claim, loss, damage or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly as a result of reliance on such information.
