Revised Proposed Modifications

Following the Affordable Housing Delivery Local Plan hearing on Wednesday 20 May 2015 the Council published its Proposed Modifications to the Affordable Housing Delivery Local Plan. Since then, as result of changes to Government policy, the Council has made revisions to the policy. The Revised Proposed Modifications to the Affordable Housing Delivery Local consultation document and a Supplement to the Sustainability Appraisal can be downloaded below. All documentation related to the consultation can also be viewed at various Deposit Points around the district.
