To Surrender your licence you will need to fill in and return our Licence Surrender Form to, Licensing, Wealden District Council, Town Hall, Bexhill, TN39 3JX
You will need the following items/information to surrender your licence:
- Licence number e.g. DD1248
- Name and address of the licence holder.
- Paper licence and/or external and internal plates to be returned with surrender form.
