Role Overview:

The Youth Worker – Sports and Games will plan, organise, and lead a range of sports activities and games for young people aged 10-16 years. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with young people in a fun, active, and supportive environment, promoting positive behaviour, teamwork, and personal development.

Location: Hailsham and Hellingly

The Role:
As a Youth Worker, you will work closely with young people aged 10 – 21 to deliver a range of activities and interventions that promote personal development, positive mental health, and social skills. You’ll have the opportunity to build strong, supportive relationships with young people, encouraging them to engage in activities, make informed choices, and achieve their goals.

 

Lead Youth Worker – Join Our Team and Make a Difference!

Are you passionate about empowering young people to reach their full potential? Do you have the leadership skills to inspire, support, and guide youth workers in delivering high-quality services? If so, we want you to join our team as a Lead Youth Worker!

Position: Lead Youth Worker
Location: The Station Youth Centre
Salary: JNC Pay Scale: 11 (£27,434 p/a) Pro Rata
Full-time/Part-time: Part time (15 – 20 hrs per week) incl. evening work up to 9pm, and occasional weekend hrs.
Closing Date: 12^th December 2024

The Role:

We are seeking a dynamic, passionate, and experienced Lead Youth Worker to oversee and lead our team of youth workers in delivering impactful programs and services. You will be responsible for ensuring that youth work is delivered with a high standard of care, inclusivity, and impact. Your leadership will be key in building a safe, supportive environment where young people can thrive.
