Who?

Wealden’s dedicated and progressive Housing team are looking for an experienced Tenancy and Estates Manager, to lead our housing management operations.

 

What will you be doing

  • Oversee estate management operations of our 3000 council homes
  • Ensure high standards of tenancy management, including tackling anti-social behaviour, rent collection, Retirement Living and grounds maintenance
  • Deliver improved outcomes for tenants through effective tenant engagement
  • Manage budgets, contracts, and compliance with Social Housing Regulator’s Consumer Standards
  • Lead a dedicated frontline team to deliver exceptional customer service

 

What do you need?

  • Substantial operational and strategic experience in social housing management
  • Considerable experience of leading multi-disciplinary teams within a social landlord or local authority context
  • A comprehensive technical understanding and working knowledge of housing legislation particularly relating to social housing tenants and leaseholders
  • A demonstrable track record of partnership working and relationship building.
