Crown Close is a small estate and the residents are all elderly. This policy takes into consideration lifestyle considerations, to ensure a quite area, free from ASB and stressful issues. This estate is small, enclosed and is in a cul de sac. It is important that it is let sensitively to minimise the risk of lifestyle clashes within the close. Allocations are restricted to elderly/vulnerable applicants would achieve this.
