To Report a repair out of hours call 01323 443375, this is a 24 hour phone line for emergency repairs.
You will then be given 4 options to choose from:
Option 1 (Booker and Best): All repairs, except heating and electrical.
Option 2 (BSW): Gas heating and hot water repairs, except in retirement living courts (see below)
Option 3 (Chris Bartholomew’s): Electrical repairs including electric heating (including air source heat pumps).
Option 4 is currently not available outside office hours.
Option 5 (Roselands): Gas heating and hot water repairs at Retirement Living Courts (out of hours only)
