Community Groups / Resident Associations
Find out whether there is a group representing the area where you live, or for advice on setting a group up view our Local Community Groups webpage.
Community & Environmental budget
In response to consultation with our residents we fund a range of environmental projects and set aside an annual budget to which tenants can apply for funding for works to communal areas. The Budget has helped groups to attract additional funding from outside the Council to deliver larger projects. Information about projects delivered from the budget can be found in Community News and Threshold.
Estate Walkabouts
The Council arranges a number of walkabouts across the district, organised by the local housing officer often in partnership with other agencies. View our webpage for more information.
