Non Statutory Wealden Local Plan 2005

Interim Guide for Development Control

On 14 December 2005, the council approved the non-statutory Wealden Local Plan 2005 as an Interim Guide for Development Control purposes. This plan has now been superseded by the adoption of the Wealden District (Incorporating part of the South Downs National Park) Core Strategy Local Plan 2013.
