(£27,213 – £29,457 per annum FTE)

Who?

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, organised and enthusiastic.  A good teamwork ethic is essential but also the drive to work independently. The post holder will need to have good computer skills, good communication skills and the desire to provide excellent customer service.

 

What will you be doing?

You will be part of a small but busy team providing administrative and clerical support to the wider Housing/Tenancy Management team, and giving a first point of call for residents.  This involves using several computer systems and liaising with contractors.

 

What do you need?

Educated to GCSE grade C or equivalent in English Language, you will need to be flexible, be able to show initiative, and have the ability to interpret customer needs and provide solutions over the telephone and in person.

You will require good written and verbal communications skills, experience of IT systems including word and of dealing with customers in a service environment.
